Monday was a nice clear day. I was working from home and had not plan to go out. So I dug out this Hot Pot food I found sometime ago. At the side, it tells that the cooking instruction is at the BACK of the package.I ripped open the package and turned it around. The instruction looks simple enough. 15 minutes later, the food was cooked. Not fantastic although it's from Haidilao but it's a convenient way to get something other than cup noodles.
