📷Meals for the 5th day of Chinese New Year | 大年初五的餐食😎 Sunday was 5th day of Chinese New Year. Went out for late Sunday lunch as usual. Headed to a coffeeshop at Lorong 4 Toa Payoh. Opted to buy the minced pork noodle. My wife had grabbed a table while I bought the noodle. Each bowl of simple noodle cost $4.50. Thankful for the simple meal option. After a visit to the inlaws, went back to the town central for dinner. Decided to get some Japanese food from Ichiban. They showed us to a table outside. We placed our order and the tea was served rather quickly. We ordered a set meal to share. It came with chawan mushi which they brought later. Also ordered some sushi to share. By the time we finished eating, the outside section had no more diners. Went to pay about $48 for the dinner. Happy enough.
