📷No market - The sofa that failed to come | 来不了的沙发😎(by @ace108) In one weekend in July 2021, my wife went to this place to look for a sofa for her parents. We decided on this one. We wife went to settle the sales. We are getting a 3 seater and a single seater. She chose the colour and they said could only deliver in September due to COVID-19. We accepted. We went upstairs to see if we could get a bed too. There were some but we decided not to. Later in September, they called and told us would only be able to delivery in October. Then they called to schedule to delivery on Fri 22-Oct-2021 so we got the town council to come and dispose of the old sofa on Thu 21-Oct-2021. Then on Thursday called to tell us can only deliver on Saturday 23-Oct-2021. On Friday, called to tell can only delivery on Saturday between 1 to 3pm. Later, they called and said cannot deliver. After calling the office to complain, they said can only delivery the one seater and not the three seater because it was not ready. In the end, we cancelled the order and asked for a refund but now my parents in law are left without a soft. Totally untrustworthy furniture. Please close down the business and save consumers a lot of trouble.
