📷Rainy day late lunch and dinner before Christmas on a Great Street | 雨天晚午餐和餐乌节圣诞大街欢前和晚餐😎 It was raining in the afternoon on Sunday. Went out to a coffeeshop nearby for lunch. Went for the tze char stall there. We were that just after 3pm so we missed the special price items. My wife had a sweet and sour pork rice and she was quite happy with it. I had a mee goreng and was quite happy with it too. Paid $11 for both of us. Here is a video I recorded. After visiting the inlaws for a few hours, we went to 313@Somerset. Headed to the Samsung store because my wife wanted to buy a phone. It was more expensive than if I buy it online. So no deal. Then headed to Triple One Somerset for dinner. Went to this place called Great Nanyang. Their furnishing gave me a nostalgic feel. They also had seats outside. Went in and was seated a table. The wall at the side looked like that of an old house. They had a larder next to us. Looked at the menu and decided we were not hungry and ordered toast. My wife ordered a set that came with coffee and half boil eggs. She had to do some work to get the eggs out Her kaya butter toast came. Then my soya bean milk with grass jelly came. All in all, the meal cost about $15. Not very cheap but we were happy with it.
