I was at Suntec City yesterday coming out of the supermarket and saw these two guys with an umbrella wondering what they were doing. There are time slots where you can walk out there and go around the small fountain but the big fountain above will usually be turned off. Then I noticed they seemed to be holding a huge camera doing some recording and I saw some ladies at the middle next to a small fountain. I think they must be shooting for the purple parade event I read about somewhere. #Shopping
