Dinner at the new mall in "Toa Payoh"?😎 Does Toa Payoh has a new mall? It depends on how you look at it. Some years ago, HDB started to sell flats in Bidadari branding it a part of a mature estate in Toa Payoh. Years after that, there is now a new mall, Woodleigh Mall. I took a bus there and started looking around for dinner. Decided to go to COLLINS. Haven't been COLLINS for a while. Took one meal with a set which included a drink and… also a soup. The lady had a black pepper chicken chop. I had a barramundi. The meals came with salad on the side and spaghetti. 10% off for paying with TRUST card and worked out to be about $45 for the meal. After dinner, I decided to walk to Lorong 8 Toa Payoh. It is less than 3km. If not for the photo stops, I could have reach in about half an hour.
