Changing lights😎 Recently, I looked out if the windows, I saw these guys were changing a traffic. I thought it may broken but the traffic were still flowing though it was late after light traffic times. Later I saw them crossed the road and started taking down the traffic that had the green man on just a while ago. So seems like they are not changing any broken lights. 🤔 So what's the deal?
