📷Healthy Longevity talk to Toasty dinner | 健康长寿讲座到烤面包晚餐😎 Skipping the taichi practice today to go NUS for a talk. Was early enough that the exhibitors wasn't there yet. I went up to the auditorium and got this card to scan for attendance. Topic of the talk: Healthy Longevity Supplements Open Day Hoping to learn something and this slide is probably most interesting for me. There was food when it ended. I thought they should have had a break in between. I tried to find an exhibitor to see if I can to a test for AKG or NAD+ but seems I had to send the blood sample to a lab although they label as a home test kit. In the afternoon, I went to the lounge at the club with my wife. Had some drinks and did some karaoke. The pickleball courts construction was going on and there was no game there that day. Just as well since I'm still banned from playing by my ophthamologist. Went Raffles City looking for light dinner after that. Saw Mc Donald's was gone. Not that I was looking for dinner there. After walking around in Raffles City, decided to go out to the Kaffe & Toast at CityLink Mall. My wife and I ordered two different toast sets for about $11. We get the drinks and eggs first. Then collected the toast after the buzzer made noise. Happy with my otah bun but I think her kaya toast was not up my standard although she was OK with them. If you need an invite to noise.app, try this link: https://noise.app/invite/nubxhb5w #originalcontent #singapore #shopping #photography #myphotograph #ace108 #cn 今天没去练太极拳而去国立大学参加讲座。早到了，展商还没到。 我上了礼堂，拿了这张卡来扫描登记出席。 讲座主题：健康长寿补品开放日 希望能学到一些东西，这PPT对我可能是最有趣的。 结束时有食物。我觉得他们应该中间休息一下。我试图找一个展商看看是否可以进行AKG或NAD+的测试，但似乎我必须把血样送到实验室，尽管他们标明是家用测试套件。 下午，和太太去了俱乐部的酒吧厅。 喝了一些饮料，唱了一些卡拉OK。 匹克球场的建设正在进行，那天那里没有球局。还好，因为我的眼科医生仍然禁止我玩。 之后去莱佛士城找点淡晚餐。看到麦当劳不见了。我可不是在那里找晚餐。 在莱佛士城四处走动后，决定去CityLink Mall的Kaffe & Toast。 我和太太点了两份不同的烤面包套餐，大约11元。 我们先拿到饮料和鸡蛋。 然后在传呼机响后拿到烤面包。我对我的乌打面包很满意，但我认为她的咖椰面包不符合我的标准，尽管她觉得还可以。
