@abraxas more from that month

ChefAbraxas here lol. Hopefully ChefSanches doesn't mind me stealing his hat and sharing a recipe. Made chicken fajitas for dinner. Def a fave of mine. Just slice three bell peppers (red/yellow/orange) and an onion (i usually use a whole one) and cut 4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips. I eyeball the chicken and onion. It's not that important lol. I cook the chicken, then season it a bit, flip and stir it through the seasoning. Then I throw in the veggies and toss a crapload of seasoning on it, as well as a splash of water to help it spread and coat everything. I cook it until the seasoning thickens a bit. Here's the recipe for the seasoning. I usually wing all the measurements but try to keep the proportions as best I can. I like to make a huge container at once. Recipe: 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper I top mine with cheese and hot sauce. You could probably add other stuff too (I hate sour cream, so I don't touch it lol) Cook on, Noisers! 🤘🏻 [EDIT] I should mention that I'm pretty sure I got the seasoning recipe off Google at some point, but when I make it, I wing the measurements so much it might as well be mine. Heavy on the garlic, black pepper, ajd cayenne. #ChefSanches
