Yikes! I just hashtagged all the Friday posts I could find to make them easier to find in the future, and in doing so probably flooded a bunch of peoples' notifications. Sorry!!! 😬😬 Been working on this post for the better part of the day, work has been absolutely bonkers for what seems like an eternity lately. Projects keep deploying and breaking things, which in turn is completely swamping us on the desk... But I guess it keeps us employed so I can't complain too much. For today's #FullAlbumFriday let's got a bit more mainstream: Black Label Society - Mafia Rakrakan-O-Meter: [████████░░] - Good ol' hard rock https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkOtP1dniYw Released in 2005, I've realized that this song has thrown me all sorts of false memories LOL. I listen to this and it throws me back to high school, but really it was probably a mix of 1919 Eternal and The Blessed Hellride that I would have been listening to at the time - Mafia wasn't released until like a year after I'd graduated. This should be throwing me flashbacks to college, but I digress. The memories are accurate, the soundtrack is not 😂 ...Enough with the rambling old man! This album includes the song "In This River" which Zakk Wylde dedicated to Dimebag Darryl after he was shot and killed. The song itself was actually written before that even, but in the thrall of it all became kind of an ode to Dimebag, who was a really close friend of Zakk's. #Music #FullAlbumFriday
