One more song to share today. I haven't heard this one in ages, but somebody requested it on a Twitch guitar stream last night, and it's been stuck in my head since haha. If you want a metal song to really pump you up, it's this one... Just sucks that they never seemed to pump out another song that was quite as heavy hitting as this. A very good band throughout. Vocals are esp amazing and yes I am old school who harks back to when Metal was less confusing in the 1970s and 1980s. I was a teen of the 80s but tracked history even back to the 60s with The Troggs and the obvious Steppenwolf
Youngster! I've got a good 10 years on ya. So what is considered "metal" anyway? I suppose it started with Black Sabbath? Led Zep at times seems heavy metal. How about Deep Purple? Rush? What would you call the Santana Band's first three albums, hard rock? I guess I'm more of a rock-n-roll type guy than metal fan. Unless you consider Dream Theater heavy metal, (are they more progressive rock?), then I don't think I listen to much metal at all. My loss, I suppose.
