Update: Fever is at 101.5 F. Can't stop shaking. Arm feels like it entered a boxing match as the punching bag. Hopefully I feel better when I get up for the day

Take paracethamol for the fever and rest as much as you can. Put ice on your arm it will help a lot! Second dose is stronger 😥 You have all my solidarity my friend
