One of my pet rats died last week, I wrote more about it over on nosie.app but didn't want to post here because it felt weird getting possible tips because of it. You can read more about that here: https://noise.app/Abraxas/7p2q8zgk But I thought I'd share a pic of my other two ratboys - we got them so Sus could have some friends after Link died in the summer. So here's Smeagol and Dobby. Dobby is super sweet - much like Link used to be. He's still not totally warmed up to us grabbing him, but he loves the attention once he's accepted that we have him lol. Dobby is the one with the greyer face. Smeagol isn't a fan of attention at all - much like Sus used to be until his last few days. We're working on getting him socialized better. Smeagol is the one with the dot around one eye. Rats really are awesome pets, but they're prone to tumours and respiratory illnesses. They also only live about two years and really need to have buddies. So they're kinda hard to own because of their short lives.

Sorry for your loss. When I first saw this post, before having my bearings about, I thought that the BCH RAT NFT couple had lost one. The project was originally SLP (possibly the first NFT on BCH), but allowed bridging to smartBCH for a period of time and has a companion project on the doge-branded evm. Any chance you're familiar with the project? AFAIK, you've avoided smartBCH and will presumably avoid the DC evm as well, and I can't blame you for avoiding either, but I feel like you've posted about some SLP NFTs before, so I'm curious as to whether or not you came across this one.
Nope, never came across it. SmartBCH turned out to be a scam, though? I mainly stayed away from it because I didn't really understand anything about it. That said, I've never really been a big fan of diving into any new Crypto thing. I don't even get why people treat crypto as an investment instead of a currency. What good is money that isn't being traded?
