Anybody know the best way to upload an audio file to YouTube? I was able to recover one side of the SOFA album. Unfortunately, the file for side B is corrupt, and I try as I may, I can't recover it... I'll have to re-rip that side.

Not sure how you mean, but I use 320 kbs sound files when I make the video to upload. This is made from my vinyl. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77sR42xesSo

  This is what I need to do... I haven't uploaded anything to YouTube in a long time lol. Is there like a video maker on there or something? Just upload the audio file and an image?

    You have to create the video first and then upload it there, I use VideoPad from NCH, even their free version does a really good job, then upload that file to YouTube.

I assume you have to mux it with a static image so that it becomes a "video file," or are you more asking for ways to do that?
