Kid Icarus was first released December 1986, just a few months after Metroid (August '86). It wouldn't see North America until almost a year later in July of '86. The game plays similarly to Metroid though honestly doesn't feel like it's aged quite as well. This game was a thrift store find from around 2009. I managed to nab it for $5CAD. The box isn't in the best shape, and the manual is missing the cover, but I'm still happy to have it in my collection. Whoever owned it before can sleep easy knowing it's being well loved hahaha. As this is the Canadian release, the manual and box contains both English and French.

That's nice..I read the third pic and I wonder why where is aphrodite, athena, psoiedon, zeus all the immortals..and where is Abraxas?isn't he supposed in there?
I'm confused, did it see North America almost a year later, just over half a year later, or 5 months before it was released?
Parlez-vous français? Is it a requirement that kids learn both languages in Canada?
