FANTASTIC PLANET (1973) has to be one of my all-time favourite movies. I'm an absolute sucker for older animated films, but this one has to be one of my favourite. Without spoiling too much, it's about an alien world where humans have taken on the role of wildlife, and the dominating species are the Traags. I really like the dynamic of how they turned the tables to show humans being treated like animals. I can't really talk too much more without spoiling it - the movie is only around 70 minutes long lol. The imagery is very psychedelic and interesting, but it has a strange charm to it.
