Had an absolutely awesome day today, totally crushed by family problems. This sucks. Why can't I just live in my office? Some days I think life would be better lol.

Today was a better day. Spent an hour or two tonight clearing off my computer desk and working on some much needed cable management. I've got a lot going on between my computer, audio devices, and retro gaming stuff lol. It's still a mess, but it's WAY better than it was

Got my "new" (hand-me-down) PC from my bro today. Now to back up what I need and switch things over. I think I'll repurpose this one as a media server when I get a chance.

Been away from here for a bit. Nothing much new - got the new (to me) computer set up. Had to buy a new Win10 Pro license (uggghhh) because apparently the free upgrade license from Win 7 was non-transferrable. Ah well, this computer will hopefully last me some time like the last one did. Now to (finally) get my taxes done.

Boundaries and consent are some of the most important things you can get from somebody. They make it clear how a person is receptive of you and the best way you can respect somebody is to respect the rules that they have set. It's really gross when you try to lay down fair rules so you don't totally break somebody, and they constantly try to push their way beyond those rules and overstep every chance they get. I don't get why people feel they have the right to do this. Itβ¦
