কুকুর একটি সংঘবদ্ধ জীব । বাড়িতে একটা কুকুর থাকলে বিভিন্নভাবে বিভিন্ন রকম উপকৃত হয়। রাতের বেলায় বাড়িতে চোর কিংবা অন্য কোন লোক বাড়িতে প্রবেশ করলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কুকুর গৃহস্থকে সজাগ করে দেয়। এমন বিষয় গল্প লেখার জন্য রাইটার কে অনেক ধন্যবাদ
কুকুর একটা সঙ্ঘবদ্ধ জিব এরা সংঘবদ্ধভাবে থাকতে ভালোবাসে। তবে আবার কেউ কেউ ইচ্ছা করেই কুকুর পোষে। এতে বিভিন্ন ধরনের উপকার হয় যেমন গ্রামে হাঁস মুরগির পাহারা দেয় সাথে চোর আসলে কুকুর সজাগ হয়ে ওঠে।
কুকুর কার্নিভোরা (Carnivora) অর্থাৎ শ্বাপদ বর্গ ভুক্ত এক প্রকারের মাংসাশী স্তন্যপায়ী প্রাণী।কুকুরা খুব প্রভুভক্ত হয়। কুকুর দের বাড়ির গেটে রাখা হয়।এবং তারা খুব মানুষের উপকারে আসে।
