That eerie glow before the sun breaks out at sunrise! It's not too bright and most of the sky looks dull grey and blue, but the sun marks its position with that glow behind the hills. And a few minutes later, it breaks out and fills the earth with its glorious light and warmth. And it's been doing this for thousands of years!!
