A surprise beach visit. Late into the morning, we decided to take the kids to the beach. It's about a five-minute drive away. We were a little surprised as the tide was higher than we expected with the waves almost coming all the way in. We played with a kite and took a long stroll. The weather was perfect - that was a morning well spent.
