Adbtc is easily giving me 100 satoshis a day at least for their PTC clicks. The best part is that you can click and then no focus on the window while the timer counts down. Their CAPTCHAs are easy and don't come on after every click, which makes the site easy to use. Payment is at 1000 Satoshi and is after a few hours of requesting. The links are a minimum of 2.1 Satoshi but most are close to 10 Satoshi and you even get a few over 20 Satoshi. Thisnis pretty decent for a plain PTC site.
