This table rose plant on my balcony is planted in a plastic bottle that had dishwashing liquid. I sawed off the side and placed it sideways on the ledge, put in some soil and planted it. It seems to be doing quite well. Today is the day it bloomed out the maximum number of flowers ever. There were close to 10 flowers. It's lasted almost a year now and I hope it survives the mealybugs that are attackimg some of the plants. I love the way the flowers hang out precariously over the ledge - it's a five storey drop downwards, but they don't care!
