Growing garlic in water for my son's school project. My son needs to get some garlic to germinate and root in a couple of weeks. So we've started doing this in the area just inside our balcony. I've peeled a garlic and placed it with its tip just touching the water. Apparently, they wil start rooting in a few days and will throw up stalks after a week or two. Any recommendations on how to improve this or make it happen without failing? #Gardening
