On solvemedia, the shorter the phrase, the happier the human. So this looooong one was painful for me to type out, but also got my curiosity perked up. Apparently the phrase is from the Big Bang Theory and refers to Penny's room which was a mess. It's a typical Sheldon punchline!! Now I'm trying to find the episode so that I can watch it.
