Coffee art in the cafe vs coffee art in my kitchen. The difference is startling but not unexpected. Even when I had a Breville espresso machine with a wand steamer and got lovely steamed milk, I could never get any sensible coffee art. Things are worse now that I use a manual frother. All I get is blobs and abstract shapes that resemble vague things. I do like to let my imagination run wild and think that I've made a spectacular shape - but I'll leave you to be the judge.
