What makes cashew nuts 'yummy'.? I opened a jar of cashew nuts and, as usual, munched on a few. There was something nice about the crunchy, firm nuts that is addictive. It's difficult to put a finger on what it tastes like. These were unflavoured and not roasted. Yet, they had a pleasant feel and taste. What makes them yummy? I wonder how you could describe their taste. Of course, you could always roast them, salt them, flavour them or spice them up. But plain cashews? Why do they taste soooo good? Help me figure out please...
