I see this tree every day from the balcony. Paradoxically, it is full of leaves and very green and luscious in summertime. Once the monsoon comes in and the weather starts to cool down, it sheds it's leaves and is quite barren in winter. You can see in the photograph that the leaves are already drying up a little and have started falling. One of the reasons I love to stare at this tree early in the morning is that it is a haven for local birds. Thankfully, I can see birds other than the dirty pigeons and crows! If you peer hard enough at this photograph, you will see some birds. It's even more fun in reality as you can see even more birds moving and resting under cover of the leaves and the branches. Their chirping, tweeting and songs fill the early morning air with pleasant sounds. That's a very relaxed way of starting my day. Do you have birds visiting your locality?
