Wetting the coffee: After grinding the coffee beans and measuring it out into the Aeropress, I wet the coffee grounds to soak them and let them bloom for a while before pouring out the rest of the hot water to brew the coffee. I wonder if the coffee powder likes this 'hot soak' before it drowns out! The wetting of the coffee certainly whets my appetite for a coffee every morning! #Coffee
