Hopefully waiting. This table rose bud on my balcony was not yet blooming this morning. It was a cloudy day and the sun was not able to penetrate well through the thick cloud cover. Yet the bud waited. It did not shrivel and close itslef, but brought itself to the cusp of blooming and stayed ready. I'm sure that at the first sight of the sun breaking through the clouds it will bloom happily and show it's best. That's hope and patience depicted by nature on a gloomy, cloudy day.
