Caught the moon last night - it was full and red! It wasn't very clear skies and so it's not a sharp picture. I wonder what caused this color! I know there's something called a blood moon, but they usually put it in the newspapers etc. when that happens. The moon looked epic as it floated above the surrounding hills. After it rose for a couple of hours, the red tinge disappeared. I'm glad I enjoyed the moment. It was my 4 year old daughter who noticed it outside the living room window and excitedly brought it to my attention
