When lightning strikes quietly. At midnight, we had a very quiet show by lightning outside our bedroom window. It was fascinating because there was no thunder - so this was probably far away. There was lightning flashes that made the hill silhouette look eerie followed by the occasional lightning bolts and streaks. I found it difficult to capture the streaks and the silhouetted hill on my mobile phone, but here is an attempt. If you're a photographer, could you let me know some tips on caoturing lighning flashes well on a mobile phone.

I dunno, i always messed it up too when i took a night picture.. so i dunno how to took the lightning..😂 But it think u took a nice shoot.. And i'm started thinking about "Do the sky has purple color when the lightning comes?"😂 Bcs i often see when someone took lightning picture, the sky looks purple
Great observation about the purple color. There must be a reason for this. I'll ask around and find.
