Shadow of the hill. The hill peak and slop were such that the position of the sun caused the hill's own shadow to fall on itself. It was an interesting scenery to watch as the shadow slowly moved under the noon day sun. I gazed at it for a few minutes - it's amazing how watching nature clears your mind and refreshes you. It was a hot afternoon yesterday and this was the break I needed to plod on through the rest of the day.
