11 pm coffee time - the Moka Pot. My wife is busy working on a deadline and what better way to show how much I love her than brew a coffee at 11 pm to get her through the night. So I brought out my moka pot and got the coffee done in 5 minutes. The aroma was good and her smile as I gave it to her was worth a million bucks.
