I've had this weird thing happen with notifications once in a while. When I tap on notifications it looks like I've got lots of tips (or sometimes comments) but it is the same notification that repeats multiple times. (Screenshot attached). Is this a glitch on my browser or is it an occasional script glitch on noise?
