As busy as a bee! These are 3 pics to demonstrate how busy bees are. I was observing them for 15 minutes as a dozen bees were buzzing about these 2 red flowered plants. They would look for a flower, choose one, buzz close to it, have a closer look and then dive in to suck out the microlitres of nectar. Once they're done, they step into the next flower in the bunch. Once they are done with the bunch, they scout around for the next one. I never saw them sit and rest! I guess that's where the phrase "As Busy As A Bee" comes from. The pics show 3 stages. A bee buzzing mid air close to the flower, another just entering the flower and the third one sucking in the nectar while fully immersed inside the flower. Photos shot on my Samsung M31S and edited in Google photos.
