Do you snooze your alarm? Every morning, when the alarm on my phone goes off, I have the chance to stop it and wake up or snooze it and get another 5 minutes of snoozy sleep before it goes off again. On most days, I just wake up. On days I'm tired after some work at night, I snooze it a couple of times before I crawl out of bed. Do you wake up promptly when your alarm goes off?
