Stirred, not shaken. I'm not James Bond and so my coffee is not stylishly drunk at a bar but made by hand at the kitchen counter. And stirring it to mix the ground coffee beans with the hot water on the Aeropress is an important step in brewing some good coffee. The Aeropress comes with a funky looking stirrer for this. I wonder if it is better than a regular spoon!
