@a2j

I'm really thankful that the portulaca is still surviving and greets me with a bud every few days! I wish I were there in the daytime when it is fully bloomed. Here it is, basking in the sunshine!

@a2j

As much as i hate that ball of fire for ramping up the temperature to 43 degrees Celsius every day, i must admit that we cannot survive without it! It's almost 8 am and it's burning its way, high into the sky. I'm working today, but will go late to work. It's an informal time for work today.

@a2j

Google tells me it's 38 degrees Celsius at 6 pm in the evening. But my mind is telling me there is the smell of impending rain!! Google tells me that the chance of rain is less than 10%. I wonder if I am having a hallucination or whether it will rain. What do you think looking at this picture!!

@a2j

Will i lose my electricity supply tonight??! I first got a little surprised when I got this message and then laughed it off as i realised it was just a spammer. I wonder what happens if I sent a fake payment receipt to the person and tried to spam the scammer.

@a2j

Nope. It didn't rain a drop last night - the smell of rain was just a hallucination. And today, the sun came back in all its glory, with a smirk on its face, to rub it in!!

@a2j

Life and the internet are giving me lots of #whattheheck moments. Here goes another one. I was trying to buy a guitar capo online and had zeroed in on this one - costs 229 rs. or about 3$. My eyes popped out when I looked at the option to break this cost onto EMI (easy monthly installments) - of about 69 million rs each!! I wonder how they arrived at that number and how many people opted for that easy option.

@a2j

Reminiscing about the beautiful views from the hill hiking a couple of weeks ago. Love how the city lies gently in the background between the surrounding hills.

@a2j

Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. I guess the summer sun never gets bored of heating up the earth. I must admit that it looks beautiful. I need to get out at 6 pm to catch the glow before it rises at least once in a while!

@a2j

A bunch of white flowers may seem unimpressive till you actually see one. These flowers at my cousins garden were so refreshing, even though they were all white - actually a little off white.

@a2j

Doesn't the sun ever get lonely high in the sky during summers? Clouds rarely hang around the sun and the earth is too far away. I guess we will never know the answers. This is a wider shot of the sun in the morning at 7.15 am.

@a2j

Is it cheat day again? Today's show was more elaborate - high speed winds, cloud cover, leaves and dust clouds, thick cloud cover and a drop in temperature after 3 pm. And still no rain!! Will this be another cheat day for the weather??!!

@a2j

My son loved feeding the birds at the bird park. I'd posted a pic of a cockatiel feeding from his hand. This is a colorful bird (whatever it is) enjoying a few seeds from his hand. It was a shy bird and refused to sit on his hand!!

@a2j

Sometimes, I wonder if the captcha phrases used by solvemedia reflect the sense of humor of the actual people who make up these phrases. Like this one - 'not a bot'. Duh!! Can you just type in the phrase 'not a bot' and prove that you are not a bot? Would a bot lie and say 'not a bot'? So many philosophical queries that come out of a captcha solving task!!

@a2j

Yesterday was a predictable cheat day - it threatened to rain and not a drop of rain fell! The evening was cooler than usual though, which was a relief. The morning is as warm as ever and the sun shows no signs of relenting. This is at 6.30 am and it is ready to.... rise and shine!

@a2j

This little flower bud from my revived portulaca plant is on a branch that has curved back on itself. Why is that? The sun is on the other side and the small branch which has the bud has turned on itself to try and let the flower face the rising sun! Nature is awesome!!

@a2j

@a2j

Am I imagining it - or has the summer temp dropped by a couple of degrees in the morning. It wasn't cool by any standards, but the heat didn't overwhelm me at 7 am today.

@a2j

A riot of colors. While I'm struggling to make the 2 leftover portulaca plants survive, my aunt is working at another level. Look at this riot of colors in the table rose flowers that she has on her verandah ledge!

@a2j

It rained last night. Yes, for a few minutes at least. It threatened to rain from 6 pm and then everything quietened down. Finally, around 9 pm, the clouds grudgingly let down some water and we called it rain. In the morning, there was no evidence at all - not even a puddle! It's a touch cooler though, and I'm thankful for that. I wonder if the rising sun knows of the rainfall last night. Would it be angry??!!

@a2j

Did a spontaneous stop over at a small tea shop that was new. It was quaint and served the masala chai in mud/clay cups. Kids decided on milk shakes and my wife and I sipped on the little mud cups of tea for a lovely little break. Cost us less than 3$ which is very cheap for a sit-and-drink place!!

@a2j

Does drinking ice cold water quench your thirst better than water at room temperature? This is the question that crossed my mind as I poured out water from my water dispenser into some ice on a hot afternoon! Waiting for noisers to tell me what they think! I'll leave you with an image of the water dropping on to the ice to tempt you to answer.

@a2j

We had glimpses of cool over the weekend, but it is back to the hot mornings again. It will be above 40 degrees Celsius this week too. Looking forward to a cooler holiday from this weekend.

@a2j

Who does not like a splash of color and art in your every day life!! The authorities here have been beautifying the city with some street art on the bridges and flyovers. It adds a nice touch, doesn't it. Apologies for the slightly blurred picture.

@a2j

Some websites come up with cool ideas to depict that you've reached a non existent page or a wrong URL. I was browsing through a news channel and ended up floating in space with nothing to keep me entertained. #wth

@a2j

Faucetcrypto seems to be having a glitch in their BTC payout option. My payment request resulted in errors twice. They've also said that they are having problems on their Twitter account. It's a pity as the points conversion rate is fantastic, given the low value of PTC. I hope they fix this quickly.

@a2j

I went to a small music store this weekend. It was the first time in more than 2 years. We don't have any big music stores in my town and it felt good to be surrounded by guitars and keyboards and some accessories. I bought a mic, a capo, some cables and a keyboard stand for church. Spent a good hour there and it was a nice time.

@a2j

Where is the sun? It rained for an hour yesterday - not really pouring, but enough to cool things down. Although there were only a few puddles left in the morning, the clouds were still thick and completely obscured the sky. It was definitely cooler and even at 7.30 am, the breeze was cool. Hope the day gives us some respite from the heat wave. This is a panaroma shot showing the cloud cover over the city.

@a2j

My cactus which is perched at the edge of a wall on my balcony finally gave out a new bud/areole (it whatever it is called) - i don't think this is a flowering plant, so this will just grow up slowly into another ball of cactus!

@a2j

Furry friends usually refers to pets. But my colleague brought this furry friend to work - a plant that looks a little furry. I initially thought it was infested with fungus, but she told me that the leaves look a little furry naturally! Nature never ceases to amaze us.

@a2j

Any other time, this weather would have been labelled gloomy. But with the intense heat wave, this is the respite we needed. It's cooled down even more after a couple of spells of showers last night and seeing the sun covered with clouds is a relief. Wonder how long this will continue. . .

@a2j

I got lucky over the weekend with the honeygain daily bonus. I usually get 10 credits, but this time over 3 days I got 100, 50 and 50 credits which is nice. I was already paid by them a couple of weeks ago and hence know they are reliable. You claim your 5$ bonus here - https://bch.gg/honeygain For those of you who are members there - how often do you get the higher daily credit bonuses.

@a2j

Just a wayside flower - but such a beauty! A lot of the plants and grass on the sides of our pathways are drying out because of the heat. This plant too, is barely surviving, but had several clusters of these pretty flowers to brighten up the day for anyone walking past!!

@a2j

Yippee!! It's rained a bit overnight and there is a drizzle that has started again this morning. The clouds are great and the sun has no option but to hide behind them. The max temp expected today is 33 degrees Celsius - a great relief from 40-43 degrees Celsius we were having last week.

@a2j

With the sprinkling of rain over the last couple of days, the slugs are back in the plants. I'm not sure it's good for the plants though. Saw this fat slug sliming it's way across a wall in search of food last night.

@a2j

hCaptcha keeps evolving, with new ideas for separating humans and bots. This is a new kind of captcha. Although it's the traditional method of choosing from a grid of 9 images, the task involves separating the photographs (taken by a camera) versus other images - in this case al of them are animals. Seems easy enough for humans - will the bots find it easy too??!! Have you encountered this before?

@a2j

Attempted camouflage? The Euphorbia flower (crown of thorns) is usually colorful and distinctive, but this one has a duller tinge and also a greenish hue that makes it blend with the plant leaves a little. It is still noticeable. I wonder if that's a deliberate ploy by the plant.

@a2j

I found this brilliantly colored flowers nestled in the midst of a small plant that had leaves which were also a lovely shade of green. The contrast in color added a lovely touch to the corner of the garden where this plant was growing.

@a2j

The multiple spells of rain over the last couple of days have rejuvenated the grassy areas around our apartments and made them green and lush. This contrasts sharply with the red that we are seeing in the crypto market. Hope the green grass stays that way and the crypto is inspired to turn green too.

@a2j

There was a very light drizzle last night. This morning, the cloud cover is much lesser and the sun is back up. It's still cooler than last week, but the respite looks like it's getting over. I'm off work today and will enjoy the last morsel of coolness we have this month.

@a2j

A fishbowl on my dining table, next to the window with the morning sun glowing in. The sun is the giver of life to the fish and the little plant next to it.

@a2j

A flowers eye view of the sky. I guess this is the view that these tiny flowers have everyday as they watch the sun rise in the morning and then the sky changes colors through the day before darkness envelops the night.

@a2j

Frabjous day. I got this CAPTCHA not once, but twice on the same day and on the same site. It obviously got me curious and Google told me this. "The Frabjous Day is the day when Alice slayed The Jabberwocky with the Vorpal Sword. It was also the day when The Red Queen lost her power as a queen, and The White Queen 's rule over Underland bega" Whatever that mean!!

@a2j

My portulaca plant continues to give me a few flowers every week. Thankful for this in summer. I wonder why the buds are pale pink, while the flowers themselves are bright pink.

@a2j

I have a double weather report today. Started off at a hot 30 degrees celsius at home and after 500 km of driving, I'm chilling at 15 degrees celsius in my in-laws home. This is how the day started for me - early start at 5 am. I have to give up seeing this hill for the next 10 days.

@a2j

Nearly 500 km away from home and this is how we landed at 5 pm. Drenched with rain and down to 15 degrees celsius. The next 10 days are going to be lazy at 2000 metres above sea level....

@a2j

Highway flowers: Saw these tiny flowers in a little garden on the highway where we made a lunch stop. They were very sturdy - a strong wind and the heat barely affected this little beauty!

@a2j

There's something enchanting about a leafless tree in the middle of a highway. Actually, any leafless tress has a charm of its own... Caught this tree on a highway lunch stop today. Not edited.

@a2j

Morning cuppa with the chillness that comes when you're at 2000 metres altitude. It's rejuvenating to sip on the hot filter coffee while breathing in the chilly and clean morning air.

@a2j

Lots of hills around, but none that can be seen well from my home today. It's 13 °C at the start of the day meven with the sun out. The coffee warms my insides as a light drizzle wets everything intermittently. Perfect start to a vacation. Nothing to do the whole day....

@a2j

I'd explored a site called mining.online a long time ago and checked today to see if there were any earnings on it. Looks like the site has been hacked! This was the message the hackers had posted on the site. Hope there are no viruses or Trojans that auto downloaded!! #wth #whattheheck

@a2j

Waking up in a cooler place that had a little drizzle early in the morning - I was greeted by this flower (and several others) that had fresh water droplets on them. This one caught my attention as the color was brilliant! Refreshing start to the day!

@a2j

We walked into my in-laws home yesterday and the kids were super thrilled for a million reasons! This sign on their wall sums it up!!

@a2j

I'd mentioned that FaucetCrypto was having some issues with payments on their site, but they sorted it out over the weekend. I managed to withdraw my earnings and got paid within an hour. It's a very reliable site.

@a2j

A sprinkle of rain on a pretty flower makes it even more refreshing to look at. I wonder how a flower feels when it unwraps itself in the morning with the feel of rain droplets pinging on it!

@a2j

Sunrise on the mountain top. It's not raining anymore and the sun is out with some clouds at a cool 14 °C. The treeline brings out the colors of the sky well.

@a2j

I found this signboard for a hotel very positive and encouraging. 2020 was a horrible year due to covid, as many shops and businesses closed down. This little hotel on the highway has this sign saying "despite 2020"! I think it was started in 2020 and survived!!

@a2j

11 am: We were at the ticket counter at a park that promised us lovely plants and lawns and flowers. The first pic shows the view as we entered the park. 11:05 am: We were racing back to the car as the clouds opened up and there was a heavy downpour as seen in the second pic!

@a2j

A superb view from the hills onto the lake and surrounding areas from 2000 metres above the ground.

@a2j

The beauty of flowers is exemplified after a shower when water droplets cling on to them. This light colored flowers are pretty, just as they are and a spell of rain magnifies their prettiness.

@a2j

Are these dandelions? They also have pretty flowers, but these lovely white and wispy flowers are a delight to see. I have to see if I can blow it and make a video in slo-mo! Shot on Samsung M31s and unedited.

@a2j

This daisy is so small that you'd miss it when you walk past. The centre has such an intricate pattern and the petals are beautifully arranged. It's amazing how much nature can pack into such a small flower.

@a2j

I'm continuing to revel in the cold days on my 'vacation'. This morning had a touch of mist on the tree tops of the mountains. The cloud cover is thicker than yesterday and the cold is more penetrating. We've planned some outdooring with cousins. Hoping the rain stays away.

@a2j

There are 3 things that I love about lantanas. 1. The variety of colors they come in. You can see a rangebof colors in this cluster itself. 2. The beautifully symmetric patterns that they arrange themselves in. 3. The wide range of weather they can survive in - I've seen them in 40+ °C at home and in this 15°C that I am experiencing now.

@a2j

Fun with giant bubbles. At the park yesterday, the kids had fun blowing giant bubbles that floated merrily across and then burst - life is temporary, but make sure your life makes others happy. Just like these bubbles!! #philosophy

@a2j

Another visit to a flower park which was much larger and more elaborate than the one we visited yesterday. There was a lovely mist that floated around as we explored the flowers and it felt like we were in heaven!! Should I go on a flower posting rampage on noise??! My family was wondering why I was taking photos of the flowers and not of us!!

@a2j

We did a late night walk down a dark walking track that gave us views down to the city lights in the valley. It was extremely Misty and we caught glimpses of the lights below and the moonlight breaking between clouds above. Awesome!!

@a2j

Green flowers? This is the first time I've seen such a color in flowers. I have been waiting for 3 days, thinking they will change their colors.... but no! They're as green as ever. Have you seen these?

@a2j

After viewing the lake from a viewpoint high above, today we took a drive around it. It was too misty to cycle, especially since there were intermittent drizzled too. The mix of mist and rain made the lake and it's surroundings magical.

@a2j

Even a dead flower has a beauty about it that is captivating. The petals are falling away, and the centre is dried up - but the intricacy of the design is still visible.

@a2j

Misty evening. There's some lovely mist rolling across the trees next to home and it adds the perfect touch of chilling beauty to the evening.

@a2j

They don't proofread the signs in smaller Indian cities. "ACCUPANTURE Pathway" sounds like it just got punctured wrong! This is in the middle of a popular tourist attraction - a large park with flowers.

@a2j

The stunning symmetry and pattern at the centre of this flower is mind blowing. It's not just a white flower with a yellow center - it's like nature using mathematics to create patterns that are mesmerizing!

@a2j

Drove 1.5 hours to this beautiful place that is a lake surrounded by pastured and hills. We went to a slightly more secluded part which was 100 metres away from a boating place. Such bliss and calm!!

@a2j

Can you spot the sheep? This is probably the only place I have seen sheep in south India. The lush green meadows and open spaces in the middle of summer are stunning and there's a bit of mist that plays hide and seek through the day.

@a2j

Driving through a 'pine forest'. There are lovely stretches of forests like this that completely surround you as you drive through them. These super tall, elegant trees have a rustic appearance that are so beautiful.

@a2j

While clouds, rains and mist have been the predominant weather on my vacation, today there were blue patches of skies. Our neighbours home is lower than ours due to the hilly terrain and their red tiled roof brings out the blue sky beautifully.

@a2j

Is this a prehistoric, Jurassic forest? It's just a large area with ferns on the lakeside which is lush green. Ferns give any place a slightly prehistoric look and have a charm of their own. If the same plants were 10 feet tall, it would definitely hide dinosaurs!

@a2j

A dandelion in the dirt. This one was on the roadside with litter around and some wild grasd and plants. I love the delicate beauty in these dandelions. Do you love blowing these dandelions?

@a2j

"Let's buy cheese", said my wife. Half an hour later and 50$ poorer, I realised there was more to cheese than just cheese. Blue, parmesan, mozarella and dozens of other types and then they get garnished with chilli, pepper, garlic, basil, etc. The variety was bewildering. But my wife seemed to know her way around all this. I just grabbed myself some coffee beans (from a cheese shop!!).... because that's the only thing I could recognise.

@a2j

Cycling around the lake. We did a bit of cycling around the lake today. The weather was perfect and it was very picturesque when we got away from the crowded section. We also had a go at shooting balloons as a fun game. Happy family time!

@a2j

"Rose among thorns" is a common phrase used. This rose flower took it a step further by blooming in the middle of some wild shrubbery on the roadside, surrounded by weeds, shrubs, aloe vera and garbage littering the road. I guess roses are much more resilient than I thought!

@a2j

The delicate vein like pattern in these petals, the brilliant shade of pink-purple in these flowers with a touch of water droplets left on them by a light drizzle are a perfect mix for magic!!

@a2j

One of the things that I hate about touristy places is the price that is paid for by the environment to sustain the tourism. So many trees cut down to make space for the shops and hotels and resorts. And the tree trunks are used for business or just thrown by the wayside. How sad!!

@a2j

A rain drenched flower survives another day as it is surrounded by dead flower heads. It knows it's days are numbered, but holds its head up proudly and adds a splash of colorful beauty to the surroundings.

@a2j

Another healthy mix of clouds, blue skies, trees and a little sun. We will be driving back home in a couple of days and will definitely miss this. Back home it is 40 degrees Celsius and dry.

@a2j

And the pine trees tower over our heads creating intricate patterns as the sunlight and sky color filters through the tall branches, skinny leaves and cones. The smell is refreshing and the fallen cones and branches are lovely to walk through.

@a2j

Smoking idiot in a forest. The visit inside the pine forest was lovely. It was a bit crowded, but we could get much better privacy as we moved a few meters away from the main area. You can see the lovely view of the sky here - https://noise.cash/post/lq9rr657 The peace was shattered with the smell of cigarette smoke - this rich looking family were cheering on as this guy lit a ciggy and posed for photos and encouraged the children in the group to take pictures. We walked up…

@a2j

I used to think that a messy car at the end of a journey was a pain in te neck. Now I believe that a messy car at the end of a trip is a happy family! We did a few touristy things today and visited some nice spots. At the end of the day, the car looked wrecked - the floor mats were all awry, there was food on the seat, toys inbetween, sweaters and shawls tucked in and half drunk soft drinks still left. But that's what it means to have a happy time. Now to clean it all up!

@a2j

I'll call them yellow wall flowers. They are yellow and the plants seem to grow out of the cracks in a rock wall! So they must be hardy plants, but you can't ignore the delicate beauty in these flowers. They are very different from each other but coexist peacefully. Shot on Samsung M31s and unedited.

@a2j

What better way to start the day than ogle at dew drenched flowers showing us that nothing matches the beauty of nature waking up in the morning at first light.

@a2j

Even at 20°C, the sun burns bright! This is my last day of vacation and i will have to drive down to my home tomorrow. The sun gave me a friendly reminder of this as it burned bright in the sky here at the hill station.

@a2j

#whattheheck is wrong with this cab owner? First, he covers half his front windshield with stickers and tints it dark. Then he makes a spelling mistakes that sounds quite obscene. The picture of the horse is cool and the fact that the car is white in color means that white horse is a cool name, but swapping the final e and s......??? #wth

@a2j

The morning glory flower has a center that looks like it is glowing, doesn't it. This grows by the roadside here - it's so common, I almost missed it!

@a2j

I thought solvemedia would allow us to interchange "&" and "and". But it didn't. Now I'm a bot eating bacon and egg

@a2j

Goodbye to the dew drenched flowers. As we prepare to drive back home, there's lots of goodbyes and hugs to my in laws. The kids will miss everything here - including waking up to the dew drenched flowers in the chill mornings. In another few hours we'll be roasting in 40 degrees Celsius as we reach home. Pray for a safe drive.

@a2j

View at 50000 km. As we bid goodbye to our vacation and drive downhill, my car hit it's 50000th km and this was the view. Since I don't drive to work, and long trips are infrequent, it's taken 8 years to hit this milestone - most people would have reached it in less than 5 years.

@a2j

Oh how I miss the chilly mornings, the mountain air and the dew with mist. It's back to the super hot mornings with the sun rising at 5.30 and temperatures getting ready to hit 40 °C. I draw comfort in the beautiful sunrise, but am already late - the sun has climbed up further than what I thought it would be.

@a2j

Sitting in my hot office cubicle at over 40 ° C and forcing myself to think of the grand open views of the hills and the valleys that i was watching just a couple of days ago to encourage myself to stay positive at work today. It'll take my mind a couple of days to switch from vacation to work mode.

@a2j

I saw this unique way of growing small plants at the entrance of a cafe this week. It's an old typewriter (if you know what that is!) That has soil put in it and a collection of herbs that grows from this - doesn't it look rustic and quaint!!

@a2j

Another pretty flower on the wayside. The lush green backdrop just adds to the beauty and silently highlights the soft pastel shades and textures in this little flower.

@a2j

There has been a bit of a cloud cover from last evening and that has made things a touch cooler. Still hitting the mid and 30s (celsius) - so it's not cool by any stretch of imagination. Let's see what today holds. The sun is already high up at just after 7 am.

@a2j

It's been a slow climb in subscribers over the last few months and I've finally reached 1500 - took a few months to reach the last 100. The site has certainly slowed down with regards to general activity and earnings are much lesser. But I love this as an outlet for the moments of my daily life that i capture with my eye, heart and phone. It's my (almost) anonymous social media life where no-one has any expectation or biases. Thanks!

@a2j

I'm a little confused about the difference between a slipper and a shoe after seeing this Puma ad while scrolling. What do you think? Does this qualify for a #whattheheck moment? #wth

@a2j

This turned out literally to be a water fall for me. The rocks on the side were a little slippery and I fell on to my bum - not once, but twice. The quaint little waterfall made the pain seem less and the little laughter around me from bystanders, my children and my wife was soothing.

@a2j

Chocolates at work - courtesy: my mother in law. She makes chocolates at home. Look at how beautifully she has wrapped them up individually. She always sends some for my work colleagues and I proudly gave it to them today. Needless to say, they were gone in a jiffy!!

@a2j

If you'd like some instant BCH in your wallet, you should try this site. https://aruble.net/?r=yYrutmZN5c It's a faucet and pays in multiple currencies including BCH every 5 minutes. There's also offerwalls and shortlinks that pay instantly. Just like other faucets, the amounts are small, but they all add up.

@a2j

The clouds have disappeared. I swear I could smell rain last night. I guess I was wrong! The sun is showing off its bright light and physics has caused an interesting arc of light against the phone camera. Bracing for 40 degrees celsius today.... and it's barely past 7 am.

@a2j

Buying local is good. I found this locally grown coffee in the hills I was staying at till a few days ago and grabbed some freshly roasted coffee beans. It was cheaper than what I buy online. It's a dark roast and felt stronger than I expected, but had a mellow after taste which is lingering in my mouth - awesome way to start the day. #coffee

@a2j

This one scared me and convinced me that captchas are indeed spying on us. I've posted about this many months ago. I decided to do a faucet claim as i waked towards the lift to get to the ground floor. As i heard the lift doors close, this is what solve media threw at me: "come on down!" I peeked out of the lift at the ground floor, but there was noone watching. I reached work safely. I'm sure the CAPTCHA world is watching me as i type this!!

@a2j

The intense heat has slowly defeated my balcony plants with many struggling to survive. This renewed portulaca plant still is putting out a few flowers every morning in the midst of this heat wave. I'm watering it judiciously and hoping it survives the summer.

@a2j

The coexistence of nature's beauty and human's pollution is heartbreaking. During our visit to a pine forest last week, we found several spaces like this - the pretty pine cones and leaves forming a carpet on the ground, interrupted with carelessly thrown plastic and litter. I wish we humans could learn....

@a2j

I stumbled on this kids product on Amazon and it saddened me. #whattheheck This is a kids pencil case and they are giving a free gun shaped pen with it. I don't think such an 'addition' is kid-friendly and, in the light of recent events, is actually not appropriate at all for kids. What do you think?

@a2j

The sun never gets tired of blazing on! There's a small patch of clouds which doesn't do anything to the bright sun and the day is already hot at 7.30 am. I'm working today and so can't go to church. It will be super hot in church too!!

@a2j

Rollercoin has bits of game tips and 'advice' that come on some of the pages as you play games and thebpower is added. This one had be ROFL. I wonder why they thought of it. Take a break every 25 hours!! #rollercoin #humour

@a2j

Hot day - and the perfect midmorning drink to chill everything is this lime mint cooler. It looked greener than I expected, but was refreshing. Hope the day is light at work and the weather cools down a bit in the evening at least.

@a2j

Have you heard of invisible CAPTCHA? This is the first time I've heard of it! I saw this on a random site I visited while doing some PTC clicking. I didn't proceed to the site because I wasn't interested. I wonder how it works to separate bots and human's invisibly.

@a2j

IPL 2022 finals are on! For some reason, I haven't really watched much of the matches this season. I guess it's an overload of IPL building up over the years and so many matches in the series. Good to see the finalists RR and GT. Let's see how the finals pans out. I'll watch snippets of it. Image from the news website NDTV

@a2j

Recycled kettle! This old kettle was not dumped, but recycled. A restaurant that we visited last week has just used it to grow a plant. They'd placed it at their entrance on a small wall. This added a quaint little touch as we entered the restaurant. Great job at recycling!

@a2j

Fire and smoke. That's how this morning had started. Smoke from the ground below and fire from the sky above. I wonder what is burning in the distance. Anyway, it's another hot day here. Google is telling me it may rain later this week - fingers crossed!

Caged flowers? The plant is behind this green mesh cage and the flowers have bloomed through it on to the outside. It's like they want to escape out of the cage. The mesh was put by our neighbour as people were stealing her plants!!! I guess the flowers found a way out!!

When the sun is so hot that it has the power to bend a beam of light on the lens...... that's what it looks like eh? It has been hot days that burn us till the evening and some respite in the evening from clouds before the sun sets. Hoping we get some showers to offer some respite.

We went out to an Arabian restaurant for dinner and ordered the non vegetarian platter. Man! Was it a lot of meat. They were all sliced or battered thin, so it was spread out. But we really struggled to finish all of it. There were many flavours and tastes and it was interesting!

I noticed this colorful lamp on the ceiling of a restaurant. It's quite pretty and intricately designed. It's a pity that the ceiling on which it was hanging from was chipped and cracked, so the overall beauty was a bit warped. This pic, thankfully, did not capture the ceiling defects!!
