Wisdom teeth emergence is a normal process, though some consider it a sign of wisdom or adulthood - a common myth, as it often occurs in people's 30s and beyond. Currently, I'm experiencing significant discomfort due to wisdom teeth coming in, and I wonder if toddlers go through a similar level of pain during teething.

Why now a days earning is so difficult. We spend so much on our education and in the end when we have degree it is just a piece of paper.

@Zoya244

When i wake up today... Its a pleasant weather outside.. A rainy day... In this intense summer a rainy day with cool breeze and a plate of pakoras plus a cup of tea is a amazing combination.. Hope you also enjoy this😁

@Zoya244

@Zoya244

Hello everyone... It's been a month since I last posted anything... My mental state was quite strange... I didn't feel like doing anything... I was very worried that my degree is almost complete, but I couldn't see any source of income... I was constantly overthinking... Then I had exams and viva presentations too... But I'll try to write something so that my heart feels a little ligter.

@Zoya244

life is very unpredictable you planned a scenario and something else happened.. choosing a career, putting efforts in it is different task..as the time is passing and graduation is reaching i am afraid of practical life.

First day after vacations is always hectic for me... Is it for all of you Today was Monday, marking the new beginning of my final year. The teachers taught a lot on the very first day, and we don't even have our books yet I was feeling very sleepy in class today, but the teachers covered the entire lecture.I went home, had lunch, and then was supposed to go to the dentist, but couldn't find the dentist. Eventually, it was time for my clinic duty, so I went there... This was my hectic day today.

@Zoya244

How you spend your fun time in hectic or busy life.... Yesterday i went out with my colleagues for ice cream party.. We sat their for about an hour... It was full of fun and enjoyment... That hour just stuck in my mind... I was feeling so much fresh and happy at that time... I enjoyed the moment, chit chat and the laughter more than ice cream🍦.. I think we should have these types of gathering once a month so that we forget our stress factors.

Summer festival Once again hello friends... Hope all of you are doing fine and are in good health.. Summer festivals are much more than events; they are an embodiment of the season's spirit. They encapsulate the joy of music, the allure of culinary delights, the richness of culture, and the warmth of community. These gatherings offer a chance to escape the mundane and embrace the extraordinary. As you step into the vibrant world of summer festivals, be prepared to be swept away by the magic that only this season can conjure. Our college has organized a ***4-day*** ***Summer festival*** to change the boring study routine for students. It included a 'no bag pack day,' culture day, and characters day. After this, there's an election at the college on Thursday to select the president and other posts for this year. All these days are interesting, but it's very hot, and there's no air conditioning in the college. That's why I didn't enjoy it much. I've only attended for one day. Now, I'll go to vote in election on Thursday. Teachers are insisting a lot that it's the final year, so we shouldn't skip any events. Later, when our professional life starts, we won't have time for fun. But it's just too hot to enjoy right now. On the day I went to college, there were very few students, loud Songs were playing and the college staff gave us fruits to eat. The rest of the event might not have been enjoyable, but I did enjoy eating the fruits – **apples, bananas, mangoes, pears, grapes, apricots, and guavas**.They gave us the fruits in two baskets, and all of us enjoyed eating them together.We were all dressed up for the cultural day and looked very lovely. The event started with a cake-cutting ceremony, which was done by our respected and senior doctor asad. We gave the cake to all the teachers, but we didn't get any to eat ourselves. Anyway, it was fun, and we also took some nice pictures.I think such events should keep happening; they help break the routine. However, proper arrangements and good management are also necessary for them to be successful. Engaging in extra activities alongside studies at university offers several benefits: **Balanced Development:** University isn't just about academics; it's also an opportunity for personal growth. Extra activities can help develop soft skills like leadership, teamwork, communication, and time management. **Networking:** Joining clubs, organizations, or participating in events allows you to connect with peers who share similar interests. This can be valuable for future collaborations and job opportunities. **Stress Relief:** Extra activities can provide a much-needed break from the demands of coursework. They can be a form of stress relief and relaxation. **Exploration:** University is a time to explore various interests. Participating in different activities can help you discover new passions and talents. **Resume Building:** Involvement in extracurriculars enhances your resume. It shows future employers that you're a well-rounded individual with diverse skills and experiences. **Personal Fulfillment:** Engaging in activities you're passionate about can be personally fulfilling. It can add a sense of purpose and satisfaction to your university experience. ***In summary, while academics are crucial, extracurricular activities complement your education by fostering personal development, expanding your network, and enhancing your overall university experience.*** Thats all hope you enjoy reading it...thanks.

Unlocking the Benefits of Early Rising: Motivating Youth for a Brighter Tomorrow." **Good morning. I hope all of you are in a good state of mind and health.** ***I usually wake up early as we Muslims have to offer the Fajr prayer before sunrise, so I do the same. There is a park beside my home where I see many old and middle-aged people walking. Then, I saw my three brothers who were still sleeping. They didn't even wake up for prayer. I was very disappointed in them, so I started thinking about the ways and significance of waking up early.*** Motivating youth to wake up early can be achieved by emphasizing the benefits of an early start, such as increased productivity, better time management, and improved mental and physical health. Waking up early has several significant benefits: **Increased Productivity:** Early risers often find that the morning hours are the most productive. With fewer distractions, they can focus better on tasks and achieve more in less time. **Time for Personal Growth:** Early mornings provide valuable quiet time for personal development. This can include meditation, reading, exercise, or pursuing a hobby. **Better Mental Health:** A consistent early wake-up routine can lead to improved mental well-being. It allows for a calmer start to the day, reducing stress and anxiety. **Healthier Lifestyle:** Waking up early promotes healthier habits. People who rise early are more likely to eat a nutritious breakfast, exercise regularly, and maintain a well-balanced diet. **Improved Sleep Quality:** Early risers tend to prioritize good sleep hygiene, leading to better overall sleep quality and a well-rested feeling during the day. **Enhanced Time Management:** Starting the day early allows for better planning and organization, leading to effective time management throughout the day. **Increased Exposure to Natural Light:** Early risers benefit from exposure to natural light, which can help regulate their internal body clock and improve mood. **Quiet and Solitude:** The early morning hours offer a peaceful and quiet environment, which can be ideal for reflection, creativity, and problem-solving. **Opportunity for Goal Pursuit:** Waking up early provides extra time for pursuing long-term goals and working on personal projects. **Better Relationships:** Early risers often have more time in the morning for quality interactions with family and loved ones, fostering stronger relationships. `The following are the ways how can we motivate our youth.` **1. Explain the Benefits:** Emphasize the advantages of waking up early, such as increased productivity, more time for personal growth, and a healthier lifestyle. **2. Set Clear Goals:** Help them set specific goals they can achieve by waking up early, like studying, exercising, or pursuing a hobby. **3. Create a Routine:** Encourage them to establish a consistent sleep schedule, going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. **4. Gradual Adjustments:** Suggest they make incremental changes to their wake-up time, allowing their body to adjust gradually. **5. Offer Rewards:** Provide positive incentives for waking up early, such as special breakfasts or activities they enjoy. **6. Lead by Example:** Show them the benefits of early rising through your own actions and accomplishments. **7. Limit Screen Time Before Bed:** Encourage them to reduce screen time before bedtime to improve sleep quality. **8. Create a Sleep-Friendly Environment:** Ensure their sleeping area is comfortable, dark, and quiet to promote better sleep. **9. Support and Encourage:** Be supportive and understanding, offering encouragement rather than criticism. **10. Monitor Progress:** Keep track of their progress and celebrate their successes to reinforce the habit. In summary, waking up early can lead to increased productivity, better mental and physical health, improved time management, and the opportunity for personal growth. It can significantly enhance the quality of life and help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations. Thanks for reading..Images are taken from un splash...

My first internship Good morning everyone... I hope all of you are fine, happy and healthy... Today i am writing after a long break, because i was very busy with my internship and college routine... I don't get enough time to think or write something. Internship ....... I feel it is very tiring start towards my practical life or practical job. I am feeling it tiring because it is my first internship and i want to observe every little thing or gain knowledge about too many things... I keep standing to view exercises ... I also try to participate.... My seniors are all so good... They correct me whenever i am wrong or guide me with new tricks. They all are supportive. Almost my all day is spent outside of house now..when i came back i am like just lie down and sleep. Today, as well I have my usual daily routine. I'm at the university, and now I have to go to the clinic. I got a little free time, so I thought of sharing my experience with all of you. ***My first internship was an eye-opening experience that bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world application***. Nervous yet excited, I dove into new tasks, adapting to clinic dynamics and discovering the value of teamwork. Each challenge I faced became a chance to learn and grow, while the guidance of mentors provided invaluable insights. From this internship, I gained skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of my chosen field, setting the stage for my future endeavors. I feel that there is a **significant difference** **between bookish knowledge and real-world experience**. In books, we learn about things that are generally applicable, but in practical life, we often need to modify many things according to the patient's specific situation. Plus, we need to ensure patient satisfaction. That all for now... But i will try my best to write daily... I hope you read it and may you also share your personal first internship experience with me....

Leg fracture **Hi guys... Hope all of you are fine,happy and healthy.** I have been thinking very much about writing something but i was unstable mentally.... Like i can't understand what is happening to me.. All of you know i have a cat. She is not my pet from very start... She suddenly appeared in our house roof and was very hungry so we gave her some food and we started loving her as we have a soft corner for her. So she started living with us. Now its summer here and it is crucial month even for humans so it is difficult for us to keep cat at home (we always found her scratching at the doors and making strange noises). My mother allowed her to go outside. She started spending time outside and often come home for eating. A week ago this cat goes missing. My brothers tried hard to find her but they can't... We all were very worried about her. We prayed for her safety then suddenly she came back home a day before yesterday but in worst condition. Her hind leg was injured and she was limping and was too much hungry.... We provide her food but she was in too much pain. It was very disturbing to see her like this. Yesterday we took her to vet for check up.. The vet told that there is a fracture in her leg.... And it ***costs 30000/-Rs to operate..*** This amount is too much me and family can't afford it.... Even the vet's check up fee was 1500 Rs..... I paid it from my savings. Now i have no money left. So we decided to give her some pain medicine and a calcium syrup so that her fracture heals faster.. But the cat is not resting enough.... She makes me wakeup all night she wants to go outside She was meowing all night (my parents were sleeping its sound making Disturbed them as well my father come home late last night due to over work) and vet said don't send her outside other wise her life will be in danger... I am so sleepy right now i don't know what to do.... And she is sleeping right now like a cute baby. Please all of you keeps me and my cat in your prayers... My exams are starting from Monday... I wanted to prepare yesterday but can't because of cat. Thanks for reading....

The age of marriage ***27 April 2023*** **Hello readers, Greetings to all. I hope you're all doing well and enjoying your lives.** Life is only given once, so one should strive to live it well. In life, there are many things that happen only once, and they are a very important part of life Wedding is one of these events and it is meant to happen. This time is going to come in my life as well, and these days there are discussions happening in my house related to it. *****How did it all started in my life?***** In my maternal grandmother's household, there are three kids of the same age: Me and my 2 cousins. We were very good friends in childhood, but as we grew up, due to some family responsibilities, only two of us remained close while the other one became distant. But then suddenly one day I found out that my parents have finalized the marriage proposal between me and my cousin who is like a brother to me and now he become my fiance. I was so shocked to hear that.... after some days**, I messaged him and asked him if he knew about this thing and the answer was more surprising. He said he was the one who wants this to happen and he has been liking me for a long time.** I was so shocked and surprised that words ran out of my mind. It took me about a year to accept the proposal related to my marriage from my buddy-like brother, and during that time, I felt very anxious. He kept asking me if I was happy or not, so I replied that I am happy on my parents' happiness. As time passed, I also started liking him and it has been four years since all of this happened. There was a plan for my aunt to come to our house on this Eid, and she was supposed to bring my Eid( gifts for eid festival it includes clothes, shoes, chocolates, etc) and we were also supposed to have a proper engagement but Due to some busy schedules, their plan got cancelled. And now, I don't know when she is going to come, but the *marriage topic is not going to end in our house.* I am very irritated from this, as I don't want to marry now. I want to become financially stable and more mature, and want the same for him as well before marriage. I have some goals related to my career, and I want to fulfill them before marriage because I think marriage demands responsibility, and for now or in coming 2 -3 years, I am not ready to take all theses challenges. Life is all about trying or experiencing new things... In the beginning, it may seem a little difficult, but once a person takes the first step, everything becomes easy. *Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.* ( Neale Donald Walsch) Thats all for today. I hope you read it and may b relate with it... Thanks for reading!! (Images from Unsaplash)

My recent busy days. ***Hello everyone, I hope all of you are in good health****.* *My recent days* have been very busy. I started writing, but someone called me and the words in my mind became blurred. I almost wrote some parts three times and then erased them as I forgot what I was going to write. What was happening was that I had to attend my college regularly as my attendance had to remain complete. Then my mother was not feeling well, so I had to manage the house chores, which was so tiring. I wonder how Mama manages everything for me. This time was so much difficult. My brothers fight so much; they don't shut their mouths for a minute or they just watch movies, and that voice irritates me so much. I don't know why they don't understand that someone is not feeling well. Anyway, after cleaning, I offered my prayers and made iftar for all of us. Then I had to wash so many utensils that I didn't want to. Throughout this time, I was just thinking about how Mama does everything perfectly. She wakes up first and sleeps last, but she is awesome. She is never late for anything, whether it's our food, our clothes, etc. Alhamdulillah, Mama is fine now. Today is Sunday, and we have to go to the market or mall to buy Eid stuff, and everybody is preparing for it. Thanks for reading. (Images from un splash)

Nose bleeding in summers. 8 April 2023 Hello everyone! I hope all of you are fine and happy. Summer is here again, and I think Summer and I are not good friends. Whenever it is Summer, my nose bleeds a lot, and due to this, I always have a headache. The same thing happened today. It has been two days since the sun has been shining with full effort. Today was my last viva. I was happy that I am finally free from exam tensions, and I can now enjoy my Ramadan (the holy month of fasts). I came home at almost 3:30 pm. It was very hot outside, and I had to walk from the Orange Line station to my home. I was exhausted and very thirsty, but I was fasting so I couldn't drink. I just lay down and fell asleep. I woke up at Asar time, offered my prayer, and then suddenly my nose started bleeding. It is the worst feeling because bleeding always follows a headache. It stopped in 5 minutes, and I inserted a tissue in my nose. When I was little, everyone used to say that the bleeding would end when I turned 18. Now I have turned 21 years old, but it hasn't stopped yet. Many people have given me various remedies, and I have tried them, but the bleeding did not stop. That's why I hate summers. But *now i can understand that why me nose bleeds. The reason is :* The hot and dry air in summers can cause the tiny blood vessels in nose to rupture and as a result nose bleeds. Doctors said Drinking a lot of water can also help you to relief from this condition, but due to ramdan i can't drink that much water. So lets try it after ramdan. Thats all for today i hope that you will enjoy reading it. And if anyone had a similar problem and got it resolved, please let me know so that I can also learn from it. Thank you!

About my Monday. 3 April 2023 Hello everyone, hope all of you are fine. Today was the first day of a new semester again it was exciting as well as tiring.. I reached college and the orientation was supposed to start at 9 am, but it began at 10 am. Sir gave us a little presentation in class, and then we had to wait for our roll number slips for the viva. We had to fill out a form first and then get it signed by all the teachers one by one.We had to wait for half an hour for each teacher because they were busy. And when it was time to receive the roll number slips, the teacher said that the seniors would get them first, so we had to wait for another half an hour. Finally, I received my roll number slip at around 12 pm. After that, I waited for my friends because they were supposed to come back with me. Our route was the same." During the time we were waiting for our roll number slips, despite being fasting (ramzan is the month of fasting for Muslim), we talked a lot. Finally, after one month, we met each other properly and shared everything that had happened during that time. Then I went back home and fell asleep as I was very tired. Later, I woke at asr time, performed my asr prayers, and cooked iftar (the meal to break the fast) with my mother. By the time we finished iftar, it was time for the magrib (evening) prayer. Then, I made tea for everyone. So, this is all that happened throughout the day. Now, I have a lot of pain in my head Because I am feeling anxious about my viva exam. anyway i hope all of you like reading it. thank you!

Iftar invitation & traveling 2 april 2023 Greetings to all members of Read.Cash. I hope you are in good health. Yesterday, my family received an iftar invitation from my in-laws and my aunt. We decided that only my parents would go and we siblings would remain at home. However, at the last moment, my youngest two brothers said that they also wanted to go and my father agreed. It was raining heavily that day, just like the last Friday. My another brother said, "It's raining heavily, I don't want to go to the academy, and I'm also going out with you guys." Actually, I didn't want to go there; I don't know why, but I felt very bored there. I had no reason to go there other than to see my fiance. *It was the 2nd Friday of Ramadan. I took a shower, recited the Holy Quran, offered prayers, and recited some supplications*. When they all agreed, I had to go with them. My clothes were with the tailor, so I quickly sent my brother to bring them. Everyone got ready, and we left the house. It was raining heavily outside, and it took us two hours to reach there. After reaching there, we waited for 15 minutes in the car for the rain to lessen, and then my brother ran back home to get an umbrella and came back. By then, it was almost time for iftar. We went there, met everyone, and then sat down for iftar. Here are some pics of dishes. These plats were present in kitchen. I quickly take some photos.😅 The day went well. I sat with everyone there. My grandparents, both maternal and paternal, had also come along with a few other guests and my cousins. We had food and then had tea. We had some conversation, and then we left to go back home. We reached home in one and a half hours. But when I came home, I realized that I didn't even get a chance to meet the person for whom I had gone there. However, everyone was very loving, and it felt good. But I don't know why I get bored when I go there. My heart doesn't feel like going there again. That's how my day passed. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Thank you!

Day with my cat😺 30-03-2023 Greetings to all, I hope all of you are doing fine. Yesterday, I spent my day with my cute little creature - a **cat**. It is such an amazing animal, and I love it very much. It has been almost three months since the cat has been with us, and all my family members have a soft spot for it. My youngest brother calls it baby mano, or sometimes just mano. This cat is like a baby in our house. We call it many names, but she only responds when she is hungry and wants to eat 😂😂😂. It was winter when she came to our home, and she was hungry, so she continuously meowed on our roof. My brother offered her some milk and petted her, and then she came down. We bought cat food for her, and she started living with us. Since it was winter, we were worried that she might get sick, so we kept her inside. The funny thing is, she sleeps with my brother inside his blanket. She has a special bond with him because he brought her home first. I have read somewhere that cats can sense depression and sickness in humans, and I even felt it myself. When I am slightly depressed, I pet her, and I feel good. Most of the time during the day, cats sleep. So, when I was sick, she stuck with me under my blanket, and I felt relaxed. Mano always sits on the lap of a person; she even sleeps on the lap. When she is sleeping, she looks too beautiful, and my brother even kisses her. He loves her so much; he is the youngest of all, and God gave us a baby in the form of a cat. I always wake up early to study or offer prayer, but my cat suddenly wakes up even with a slight noise and starts meowing. So, I have to give her food so that no one else is disturbed, and they can sleep peacefully. After eating, she comes to me and sits on my lap. I think she likes to be on our laps. We play with her; we bought a small ball for her. She kicks it, then follows it and plays on her own. And if we are free, we throw the ball, and she suddenly runs after it. Yesterday, my brother bought a laser for her, and she played with it beautifully. She tried to catch it. My mother is also very attached to her. She gives her food most of the time, and we have also bought meat for her. When meat is cooked in our house, we siblings give our piece of meat to her. That is our bond with the cat. I hope you enjoyed reading this. Thank you!

Rain ☔(advantages & disadvantages) 25-04-2023 Greetings to all! I hope that everyone is safe, fine, and happy today. Today, we will talk about rain. Yesterday, there was a lot of rain in our city, so I thought about the advantages and disadvantages of rain, and I want to share it with all of you by posting it here. *Rain is one of the most basic and important natural events on planet. It is a common occurrence that happens when water droplets fall from the clouds in the sky.* **Importance of rain:** Rain is an essential part of the natural cycle of water on Earth, which involves the movement of water between the land, oceans, and atmosphere. provides water for plants and animals to survive. Without rain, crops would not grow, and animals would not have enough water to drink. rain helps to replenish rivers and lakes, which are essential sources of fresh water for people around the world. **Source of pleasure and joy:** Rain is also a source of enjoyment and entertainment for many people. Children often enjoy playing in the rain, jumping in puddles, and catching raindrops on their tongues. Rain can also be a relaxing and soothing sound to listen to, especially when falling on a roof or windowpane. **Disadvantages of rain:** Rain can also cause problems. Heavy rain can lead to floods, which can be dangerous and destructive. Flooding can cause damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure like roads and bridges. Ramdan and travel experience ***23-03-2023*** **Greetings to everyone.** It's my second time writing something today, and I want to talk about my start to Ramadan - the month of forgiveness and Allah's mercy. On the first day of Ramadan, everyone was eagerly a waiting this holy month, just like me. However, they announced it late at night, so I was upset because I had to recite many things, and the time was too short. I had already finished my Isha prayer. I was very sleepy, but I recited some surahs and dua. Then, I slept for an hour, and my mother prepared some food for Sehri. After offering my Fajr prayer, I went back to sleep and woke up at 1 pm. We had to go to my aunt's house, so I got ready. My brothers were out buying some household items, and we waited for them. When they arrived, we left for my aunt's house. We reached there in two hours, but I enjoyed the journey anyway. They were busy making aftari, and we rested for a few minutes before the iftar time occurred. We ate a lot of stuff like rolls, samosas, fruit chat, milkshakes, etc., and all of them were yummy😋. Then, we left for our home after some time. That's my story, and I hope you like it. Thank you for reading it.

Understanding the devastating power of earthquake and how to prepare for them **Greetings to all, last night there was a strong earthquake so i wanna write about it:** Earthquakes are one of the most destructive natural disasters that can occur. They are caused by the sudden movement of the earth's crust, which can lead to the shaking and displacement of the ground. Earthquakes can cause immense damage to buildings and infrastructure, and they can also result in loss of life. We have seen this all in recent turkey earthquake. Earthquakes occur when the earth's plates move suddenly and release energy. These plates are massive pieces of the earth's crust that float on top of a layer of molten rock. These plates are constantly moving, but they can become stuck together due to friction. When the plates finally release and move, the energy is released in the form of some waves, which cause the ground to shake. The severity of an earthquake is measured on the Richter scale, which ranges from 1 to 10. An earthquake with a magnitude of 1 is not noticeable, while an earthquake with a magnitude of 10 is incredibly destructive. The magnitude of last night earthquake was 7.7. We all suddenly ran down stairs as we live on 3rd floor. It was a frightening experience for me. There are several ways to prepare for an earthquake: During an earthquake, it's important to seek shelter in a strong building or outside in an open area away from buildings and power lines. If you are indoors, stay away from windows and heavy furniture & try to move out of the house. If you are driving, pull over to a clear area away from buildings and bridges, and stay in your car until the shaking stops. **In conclusion, earthquakes are a powerful natural disaster** that can cause immense damage and loss of life. While it's impossible to predict when and where an earthquake will occur, it's important to take steps to prepare for one. By creating an emergency plan, securing heavy objects, and knowing what to do during an earthquake, you can help ensure your safety and the safety of those around you." I hope you like my content & may be it add a little bit in your knowledge. Thanks for reading.
