When you suffer from Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria silence isn't golden, it can be deadly. I have been battling the silence a lot lately & I know it's no one else's responsibility to fill the void it creates but I'll be damned if hearing someone else's voice initiating a conversation wouldn't just put me in a better headspace & offer some relief.
