If you set an appointment & can't make it on time first let people know, & second DO NOT ask them to push it back according to your time table whether it be 30 minute or an hour it is just rude of you to assume everyone else has all day to wait for you, you are not that special. Apologize & set a time for another day when you can be on time, the world does not revolve around you. Not being on time is the epitome of disrespect.
