Being in a fight with my local Telecom (ISP) about security currently. They are saying one of my devices has a 'virus' & they will cancel my service if I do not fix it. They cannot tell me which device, saying it is up to me to figure it out (This is one way I verified it isn't a scam they aren't trying to sell me a solution). All my device scans are coming back clean the only unknown is some of the websites that are crypto/anonymity based. Has anyone else run into issues with sites like Noise, Theta, Library/Odyssey etc. going against the TOS of your ISP?

Any decent malware disables lots of antivirus solutions and has for years. There are also 0-day exploits and such. As if that weren't enough, there is also the fact that IoT devices can at least theoretically be infected with malware (so your thermostat, refrigerator, whatever). Finally, unless they have a complaint from someone about something malicious (or spammy) originating from your IP, they could even have a false positive in one of their detection systems. Considering all of that, they ought to be able to at least tell you exactly what is happening that shouldn't be so you can try to narrow it down using that information. If they can't do that, your best bet migth be to start using a VPN so they can't see the "TOS violation."
