Omg. Someone who knows Penny Dreadful!!! I'm speechless. I based my whole high school graduation work (illustrations) around the original show, so I'm a big big fan. 😅 I think the City of Angels should not be even called 'Penny Dreadful' because it has nothing to do with the original. The original was poetic, dark, deep and memorable. On the other hand I was bored while watching City of Angels. Do you recognize Vanessa? Such an icon.
