What are the real uses of Road bumps..? To slow vehicles down..? To blow speedy vehicle tanks..? Or rather to help the hmmm hmmm hmmm.. achieve their desires. Lol

The real uses of road bumps are to slow down vehicles and stop them from passing the speed limit. They're used especially in streets, where a lot of pedestrians are, so it reduces the rate of accidents.
