Ok I'll show you, look at the chicken's comb on the right looks bigger than the chicken's comb on the left, this means that the sex of the chick on the right is a boy and the chick on the left is a girl. The male chicken's comb, always stands out and is bigger than the female chicken's comb. That's a simple way I can tell the sex of 3 week old chicks. I still can't tell the sex of chicks that are 1-7 days old. When I search about it you can tell the difference by it's wings. Male have one step curve while female have two step curve. I have not tried it yet.

I don't have any idea about a male and female chicks. As long as I know it's a rooster then it's male and the one who'll gonna lay eggs is a female.
