Yay! Finally the book i order at shopee arrived today.. It was too thick and hopefully i can finished reading it before march 2023. My workplace I wanted to share my more than 8 years in service in my work place. I am working at a Lending company which our clients is a pensioners and mostly are senior citizen. Serving them is greatful and sometimes you can learn from them and also talking to them you can feel and you can know their life issue. Sometimes you will feel unhappy because their are some childrens who didn't look back to their parents and also did not treasure them. Sometimes as they can share their problems to us and can give them some advices you can feel that you where just like a family. By the way i am started working there in the year 2013. Company is just good enough especially treating their employees and the compensation they give. Also they very much treasure their clients well. They had many promos and many activities to help their clients. Specially every December they some giveaways give to our clients . It is in form of a pack of grocery items and with umbrella sometimes tshirt .Also a raffle promo . It is to make them happy. Seeing their smile makes you feel happy and overwhelmed . Hopefully there will more years to this company .

Thank you and Goodbye year of 2021 2021 started was not soo good for all of us people because at first we still facing the pandemic covid-19. We are suffering and limit ourselves from interacting people because of fear.We need to get up and continue our life even we feel tired and its getting harder because some of us left from their jobs because it needs to closed because of lack of income and cannot operate well because of the quarantine status that from time to time changes. As the months goes by we are starting to recover but not yet fully recovered because still covid is there. But we people make more stronger in every challenges and hindrances that we encounter in our life. We don't let those fears ruin us and broke our life . And then before the Christmas there comes another trials ,a super typhoon hit many places and left a big damage. Christmas and New year for some people had been sad but still they didn't stop praying and fighting. So for this we had many bad and good memories in the year 2021, let us left behind and forget those bad memories and cherish those happy and unforgettable happenings. Before this year ends let us don't forget to get rid of those hatred in our heart,let makes this more greatful. And as we welcome the year 2022 hopefully it will much more good and a blessfull year. Typhoon Odette December 16,2021 i read different news for the coming of super typhoon odette. Government are telling people to be prepared especially those prone area of flood and landslide . Private and public company's already cancelled office works in the afternoon of the said day and on December 17,2021. All people are preparing because it was expected to be more strong than previous typhoon passes in the Philippines and in Visayas and Mindanao portion. In the afternoon or in the evening ,i didn't remember the exact time its first land fall is at Siargao ,its rain was too strong with strong wind. Next is at Cebu,Bohol,Negros Oriental & Negros Occidental. All people cannot sleep at night because of the strong wind who whistle . We in our home my mother,my pregnant sister and i cannot sleep on that they because of nervous also we are all girls in the house because my husband is went their province before the typhoon odette strike. At the same time there is no electricity. All are been vigilant in surroundings and been active in social media and prepared for numbers of all emergency contacts. It stay too long all roof have flown away ,some trees fall,and electric post,some houses have been destroyed by the Super Typhoon Odette. Until 5am in the morning we can feel the strong winds. It was my first time experiencing that too strong and destructive typhoon passes in how many years. And in the morning you can see the damages left of Typhoon Odette. And we can see in social media all are been posted is destroyed houses,it breaks all peoples heart because its Christmas and lots of damages happen on that day and in just one typhoon all their hardworks and foundation had been vanished. Many more had been destroy.And many people are needing for help until now because of having out of food supplies specifically water. Some are have small kids. How sad this Christmas and New Year for us.

Bamboo craft During pandemic my husband and i have no job because of the various quarantine status of each places from luzon,visayas and mindanao. Our company are closed but thankful because we are still accepting our monthly salaries. And how many months passby the quarantine status has been lifted and there are various company get back to operate but my husband quit to work and he come up to his mind to do some own crafts made with bamboo. And then he made various designs. He come up with the first style our very own bamboo pot because that time plants are more indemand ,lots of people buying plants so we come up on that idea. We try to post in social media and sell and been happy for the feedbacks and inquiry. My husband is the one who made the bamboo crafts. And i am the one posting and entertaining inquiries. I need to managed my time because i am working and the same time having our small business. Second is we come up a bamboo lamp shade design which is the product of us that lots of people like and buy.Because of its bright light and attractive designs. The third and last design is the bamboo speaker. It was our last we stop and accepting orders because we have some customer who ask for a customized design and also my husband have some projects and jobs to work to. This was our small business during covid - 19 and when quarantine status have been tightened. There were those some of our designs of bamboo crafts. We are planning to back in our small business because even it gives help for us and also we saw that many people are fun of those crafts especially those people who is fun of unique things. Do you think that children these days have a better or worse childhood than your generation? Why? I’ve thought about this a lot as recall thinking back when I was about 12 that each year to be born after mine was better. So the status quo growing up that things got better makes the situation of today rather counter intuitive. I’m at the tail end of the boomers and being born just a few years later was better because you then had sesame street, color TV, the big wheel, banana seat bikes, much better cartoons and shows. So this difference wasn’t huge but meant better to be born in 1968 vs 1961. Later still came far better shows, ones that maybe even showed you how to become bit more socially proficient-wow! But this wasn’t really till the early 90’s. A BIG difference especially for girls was getting to wear pants to school- this starting in 1970. Finally I could be warm and comfortable and play outside more freely. I’m not sure when business casual stopped as far as school dress so you could wear sneakers but I think It was around 1978. By around ’90 , The programming for kids has gotten even better but that difference isn’t worth the further trade off of economic, career stress in families, less adult attention. And by the late 90’s those babies where already getting over structured, way too much homework and were more likely to have spent more hours in a day care. Then by around 2000 or so copious busy work gobs of homework and play time not being valued was apparent. Also some bizarre more recent thing where kids just don’t go out and play and even tots are glued to a little screen-bizarre. All the texting, some is great but way to much little screen time- that just can’t be good. The TV and movies though has gotten better ’n better. And the internet is a game changer of course but while helpful for teens its not quite as valuable for a 4 year old. While tech is neat, I’m not a techie and don’t value tech for techs sake. This seems like a minor point to make here but mention it as there seems some confusion. While tech is ultimately a game changer and perhaps a force the only things that make big difference are things that make a real profound difference in what you are engaged in- so yeah the internet theres one thing but a faster phone that is not a thing. A higher resolution TV-not a thing. There’s not been a holodeck or a flying car or androids or medicine that keeps you young and healthy. Only When these momentous inventions come out some of the trade off (if any) in childhood which is precious worth it -maybe..- So putting it all together I vote for being born sometime between 1968 and 1977 ( the later nice as you get out of college at nice time to get a job. And if I had to pick a year, I’d choose around 1974. Most important things: Play, adult emotional nurturing, mental stimulation that helps social and intellectual development.

She/he said everything that needed to do on how to earn and I first ask if it is legit,and she/he said that "Yes" ,so I decided to try.. Last January 2021 I started to try the site and earn the BCH cryptocurrency I've been surprised that only for a minute it automatically posted in my BCH address and account and for a day/s been surprised for the amount I been earn,so I continue using it. "How to stand life without nothing." I'm a person came from a family which has nothing in life but as years past but we manage to go on with our lives with positive thoughts and trust with god. I am born in a poor family. We are a complete happy family even if my aunt's did not like my mom for their brother,my father but they had nothing to do. My father work hard just for us even if he has a low income in his job. A few years past god got him from us..in his death,and in is burial his family decided to seperate me and my siblings but my mom did not agreed for the reason that it is not a good idea. She work hard for us just to raise us,molded us into a good person. she sent us school even if her income is just enough for our daily needs. Life is harder for us,my father family did not even try to help us. One day ,they talked to us & said if we want their help but my mom did not accept their help for some reason. As many years goes by..we tend to survive and fulfill what our mom wants to us. We finish studies without the help of others or the help of my father's family . They saw the effort and strive of my mom until we graduated and had job.. They had nothing to say.and now they are open to us ,they are not just the same as the previous .. As they judge us and underestimate us ,we think and it serve us our inspiration to reach our desire in life,and reach our goal. Now ,we our successful. And continue with our life..Its been different from our life before but we still continue our lives being complete ,happy and contented even if still their are people being judgemental and maybe they jealous of what we had now..

Strong friendship doesn't need daily conversation..

Being an employee is not easy ..you need to know who you're bosses are and people behind in it..sometimes owner of a company are a good co-leader or had value their employee but below of them which they pointed as manager or in higher rank is the one who makes those staff's feel the job uncomfortable .treating staff not in good terms ,pushes staff's to create a not good relations to them..it is not a healthy or we'll groom company ..stress and pressure to staff are one they create..
