Time to go to sleep! In Rome it's 5 to 1 am I came home from work a couple of hours ago almost starving... I had no dinner! Working in a restaurant means seeing lots of food thrown away cos it is not good for selling anymore, so sometimes i just save some of this food and get it home. This evening I took 6 salads with me and ate 2 of them At the end I had a piece of that delicious apple pie I did yesterday! Now I'm really falling asleep guys, wish you good night and good morning... Wherever you are Here my cats enjoying the joy of the blanket #thethreemosCATeers #Billo #Milu #Macchia

It's a good thing that they allow you to take home those leftovers. It's really a waste if the foods will just be thrown. You get some free food too and that saves money. And now you go home seeing your cats enjoying like a boss. 😺
I am always so grateful cos it really helps me to save money to buy other food. But I really see tons of pizza, sweets and other good food thrown away in the garbage and feel so sad...! My cats are the boss lol

That's the sad thing throwing food. Good thing they allowed their employees have them. Or they should give them to the less fortunate people. Hello dear.

Oh that is sad. But I think all the restaurant is like that and I don't know why? But there's a bakery with a good name in our country that after they close in the evening they donate the leftover bread to an orphanage.
They all should do this, it's a great way to get rid of all the food waste! And it's like doing charity to the less fortunate!
Yes that's true why waste the food if you can help hungry people? They like wasting food than do good deeds. Hehehe we should be the one who owns restaurants and food business so that many will benefits my friend.

Oh my, I always find working in restaurants fascinating, my friends work there and tell me time and time again how much free food they get to keep... but sad thing is, they always eat late or the next day and left overs are not that healthy unless they are fermented... but I would still love to get some free food 😂😂

There is a quite new app called 'too good to go' it's becoming very famous, you can just select the restaurants or bars that have food left unsold and you can 'save' this food and buy it for very few euros...
