My second homemade fried rice! It was so yummy that I haven't just done the bis... But 3 times! Missing working at Ajisen Ramen, missing the food, my staff, my routine! Anyway I have to be strong and wait, trying to be positive as much as I can... They say it will open next year, April at most. It is a very long time tho. Meanwhile I will cook ramen and fried rice to delight my soul and spirit lol How has your Sunday been so far? #nofilterchallenge

Restaurant is bot mine, I just work there... But due to covid it has been closed and no one knows when they are gonna reopen it....

So it seemed... I had to work. Washed restaurant dishes by hand 🤬 washing machine was out of order and no technician works on Sundays ........
