Please meet my little new friend. Found this little beauty on the pavement while walking 2 days ago. His nose was almost white, think it fell on the floor and someone just stepped on him 😢 But I've saved him recoloured with some white, some black and some green! Good day my noise friends I had a busy day yesterday Had to drive back and forth from Ostia and Infernetto, fixed mosquitos nets on all windows a over the house, did some power walking and did some laundry too. I'm on a diet so I'm eating less carbs but today I'm having a special salad with 5 cereals and red rice, seasoned with fresh veggies a bit of oil, oregano, pepper and fresh basil. Then I cooked some peperoni with soy. It was a great lunch 💪💪💪💪

Making ramen broth at home is long and not so easy... this line of instant ramen is very nice, I just cook the dry spaghetti that are inside the bag and add the seasoning. I usually cook 2 boiled eggs and add corn, chili meat and veggies Itadakimasu 🍜🍜🍜
