It's fairly easy to degrade those. You can go with the cracking method so they can still be recycled but in its monomer form then there's also when people recycle it though i don't recommend that

Oh, it's not an idea. It's common practice in the old laboratory i worked for, specially with those that don't meet standards, sometimes they remold then sometimes they just crack down the structure

The disposal is basically the same for most types of polymers that have monomers that have small molecular weights. Some do melting though but then there's always the issue with fumes. And you're welcome UwU
